Paige Dumpleton is a CeMAP-qualified Senior Finance Broker based in Clifton Private Finance’s London office. She joined the company in 2023 after graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in Economics and Philosophy and has since developed experience across regulated and unregulated bridging finance.

Paige regularly helps homeowners arrange regulated bridging loans for chain breaks and downsizing scenarios. Her experience includes cases involving older applicants and transactions where an attorney is acting under a Lasting Power of Attorney, circumstances that can require careful consideration of the borrowers, legal arrangements, and proposed exit strategy.

She also works with property developers and investors on development exit and refurbishment finance cases. This includes refinancing both completed and part-complete developments, as well as refurbishment facilities structured against the property’s anticipated gross development value, with agreed works costs incorporated into the funding.

Paige supports clients throughout the transaction, from assessing their initial requirements and researching suitable lenders to coordinating with valuers, solicitors and other professional parties. She places particular importance on selecting a lender whose criteria and approach suit the client’s complete circumstances, rather than focusing solely on the headline rate.

She enjoys seeing a case progress from the first enquiry through to completion and working with clients whose property transactions carry significant financial or personal importance.

Outside work, Paige enjoys reading, cooking and baking, skiing, hiking, and attending live music events.
