Paige Dumpleton
Senior Finance Broker CeMAP
Paige is a Senior Finance Broker in our London office, supporting a wide range of clients with tailored property finance solutions.
She studied Economics and Philosophy at Cardiff University, graduating in 2023, before moving into a career in specialist finance. Paige is CeMAP qualified and is now working towards her CeRER qualification.
What she enjoys most about her role is the people she works with, and the opportunity to see a case through from first enquiry to successful completion. Whether helping a long-term investor, a first-time developer, or an individual moving into their dream home, Paige finds it incredibly rewarding to know her advice has made a real difference.
With many transactions carrying significant financial and personal implications, she places great importance on selecting the right lender for each client’s circumstances.
Paige is excited to be part of the growing London team, with ambitions to help train and support new brokers as the office develops further.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking (with a particular passion for baking), skiing, hiking, and attending live music events.

Moira P.3 May 2025
If there were 10 stars, I would give them. Excellent, efficient service, got the best rates available o n the market. Nick Kerley was brilliant throughout the whole process, I would definitely recommend Clifton Private Finance and 100% use them again.

Steven G.21 August 2025
I had the pleasure of working with James Ellacott on brokering my commercial mortgage. James and his team delivered outstanding service throughout the entire process—always quick to respond to my requests and consistently going the extra mile to help me secure additional funding. I highly recommend them.

Patrick C.22 July 2025
We did NOT have an easy time getting a mortgage for our recent home purchase, but Patrick went above and beyond in finding a lender and navigating their seemingly endless barrage of requests and delays. He'll be our first call in two years when we need to remortgage.
